Explore the best of Italy through an immersive adventure that hits all the hot spots from Rome to Venice! Start your journey in Rome, a city where ancient wonders meet modern vitality, and Italy’s heart and soul. Check some of the world’s most iconic sites off your list, such as the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Vatican City as you explore the region’s rich heritage.
Marvel at the Leaning Tower of Pisa, an architectural marvel with panoramic vistas that will take your breath away. Make your way to Cinque Terre, a string of five picturesque villages along the Italian Riviera , with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea.
Slow down in the magical city of Florence, climb the Duomo and gaze upon the golden hues of the rolling hills that bring life into the Tuscan landscape.
No trip to Italy is complete without stepping foot in the beautiful city of Venice. Its intricate canals, iconic gondoliers and the impressive architecture of this city built on water will not fail to amaze you at every turn.

Day 1: Arrival Day
Benvenuto a Roma!
Our Teen Travel Network Trip Leaders will meet you in the Rome airport arrivals terminal wearing their TTN t-shirts.
We will spend this first day settling into our accommodation and building connections with fellow travelers. Before we sleep off our jetlag, we will enjoy a local welcome dinner.
Days 2-4: Rome & Vatican City
The Italian adventure begins with a visit to Rome, the heart and capital of Italy. Embark on a whirlwind tour of Rome’s iconic treasures. Stand in awe at the grandeur of the Vatican City, where history and spirituality converge. Explore the storied Colosseum and the captivating Roman Forum, where we see traces of ancient civilizations.
Indulge in the art of pizza-making in Rome, crafting your own creation. Check items off your bucket list with a visit to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps.
Next, we’ll venture to Naples, where history comes alive amidst the ruins of Pompeii. Savor the essence of Neapolitan cuisine with a traditional pizza experience, and immerse yourself in the local culture. Share laughter and moments of relaxation on one of Rome’s popular beaches while connecting with your fellow travelers.
Days 5-7: Pisa, Florence, & Cinque Terre
Leaving Rome behind, we journey to the Tuscan region, a land of unparalleled beauty. In Pisa, explore the city’s vibrant street art, meandering through graffiti-strewn lanes. Ascend the iconic Leaning Tower of Pisa and explore the exquisite Pisa Cathedral. Your day culminates with a delightful Tuscan dinner in a charming trattoria.
Venture to Cinque Terre, where five enchanting towns surround the Italian Riviera. Dive into centuries-old villages awash in color, and dip your toes into the azure waters of Monterosso’s beach. Savor an authentic local lunch as you bask in the Mediterranean sun. Return by boat to your hotel and engage in group activities that seal the day’s memories.
Assume a slower pace of life in Florence and climb the Florence Duomo for a 360-degree panorama of the city. Traverse hidden corners on a private tour, including the iconic Ponte Vecchio. We’ll wrap up our journey with an immersive experience learning to make pasta, one of the best things to come out of Italy!
Days 8-9: Venice
On to the final leg of our journey! Depart Tuscany for the beautiful city of Venice, a city interwoven with canals and bridges.
Discover the Doge’s Palace and the elegant clock tower in the company of a local guide. Wander through the captivating San Marco Square, where history echoes in every step. Voyage to the charming islands of Murano and Burano, renowned for glassmaking and craftsmanship, and where picturesque canals and vibrant houses paint an idyllic picture.
Navigate Venice’s labyrinth of canals aboard a traditional gondola and engage in a private Venitian mask-making workshop, crafting your own emblem of this enchanting city.
End your adventure with a breathtaking sunset cruise — watch Venice’s beauty ignite as the sun’s golden rays dance on the waters, adding to the many reasons to fall in love with this incredible city.
Day 10: Departure Day
Before we know it, our Italian adventure has come to an end. Head to the airport with incredible memories, new friends and confidence that will benefit you for life!
TTN Trip Leaders will accompany travelers to the airport and check them in for their flights home.
As you settle into your seat for the journey home, reflect on the things you saw, the people you met, and places you went. We’ll see you on your next adventure! Welcome to the Network!
